Product details

• After curing (24 hours) easy to process, grinding, sanding, drilling, etc.
• Withstands very high shear
• Permanently elastic deformation up to 20%
• Oil, grease, gasoline, and diesel resistant
• Humidity does not influence the curing
• UV and (salt) water-resistant
• Wide adhesion spectrum, apply adhesion test

• Processing time: 10 to 15 minutes
• Full cure: 24 hours
• Density at 20°c: 0.97 g/ml
• Hardness, Shore: 82
• Maximum joint width: 4mm
• Shear steel: 30 N/mm²
• Shear aluminium: 27 N/mm²
• Shear fiberglass (GRP): 16 N/mm²
• Shear plastic, ranging from 8 N/mm to 18 N/mm²
• To bring adhesive thickness: 0.75mm up to 3mm


Hints

• Discard the first portion: approximately 2cm. This is necessary for proper mixing of the two-Components
• Compatibility test is recommended
