Description

Product details

• No mixing or stirring required (mixing spiral nozzles)
• Extremely fast curing
• Permanently elastic and shrinks slightly
• Can be sanded and painted over
• Weather and ageing resistant
• Resistant to (salt) water, oil, grease, and non-diluted organic acids and bases

Application areas

• Used for the repair of damaged plastic parts e.g. bumpers, radiator grills, spoilers, hoods, etc

Technical data

• Base: 2K Polyurethane
• Temperature range: -40°c to +120°c (briefly +140°c)
• Processing Time: 20-30 seconds
• Full cure: approximately 2 hours
• Re-coat: 60 minutes
• Shore hardness (D): 70 (after curing)
• Colour: transparent yellow

Directions of use

• Before use sand and clean the surface ensuring it is free of dirt, grease, dust, oil and silicone
• Use Berner Cleaner for Fast Plastic (Part No. B151883) and dry
• Apply the Berner Primer (Part No. B151878) and allow to dry for 5-10 minutes
• Dispense approximately 2cm of product before use to ensure both components mix evenly
• Apply directly onto the surface
• Do not remove the mixing spiral nozzle unless the cartridge is empty, as the nozzle ensures an airtight seal
