Description

Product details

ROTASTOP® shank prevents slipping in the chuck and
guarantees optimum power transfer.
Spiral chip-groove guarantees a low force, clean cut and fast chip removal (barely any scratch marks on painted sheets).
Drill diameter is visibly marked by laser engraving on
each stage, drilling speed advice visible on the shank.
First stage equipped with split point (cross-cut point), so pre-centering and drilling unnecessary (even on curves).


Application areas

For burr-free drilling cylindrical
holes in panels, profiles and
pipes up to 4mm thick.
Sided deburring of sheet
metal up to 1.5mm thickness
via special deburring zone.
Suitable for steel, iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, Duro
and thermoplastics and INOX to
2mm.

Non Ferrous metals: 0.1 - 4.0mm.
Steel sheet: 0.1 - 4.0mm.
INOX plate: 0.1 - 2.0mm.
Plastics: up to 4.0mm.

Directions of use

Cooling and lubrication increases the life of the drill.
Recommended speed: Steel 200-300 1 / min.
INOX 100-150 1 / min.
