Product details

High stability and fracture resistance
Made of white high-strength steel.
Accurate size drill holes, in that the drill bit is integrally cut out of a hardened pin.
The special split point cut is pre-centering is not necessary and it needs less power when you turn on the workpiece to bear on the drill.
The point angle is 130°. This i.c.m. the split point diamond shape ensures that the drill less gasps and makes round holes in thin material.
Does not crash because the outer diameter becomes gradually smaller (from the tip to the shank).
High stability and less vibrations, because the diameter of the core in the direction of the shaft is increasing.
Entire working length reground.


Application areas

Suitable for construction steel up to a tensile strength of 1000N / mm², cast iron, non ferrous metals, hand and pillar drills.


Hints

Apply Berner's Drilling and Cutting Oil (Art.No. B911371) to cool while drilling.
