Product details

High stability and fracture resistance, made of HSS steel blank.
Accurate size drill holes, because the drill bit as a whole is cut out of a hardened pin.
The special split point diamond shape means pre-centering force does not need to be exerted on the workpiece.
The point angle is 130°. This i.c.m, the split point diamond shape ensures that the drill is stable and makes round holes in thin material
The drill does not crash because the outer diameter gradually becomes smaller from the tip to the shank (rejuvenation).
High stability and reduced vibration, because the diameter of the core is increasing in the direction of the shaft.
The entire working length of the drill is regrindable.


Application areas

Suitable for construction steel to a tensile strength of 1000 N/mm², cast iron, non-ferrous metals, in hand and pillar drills.

Apply Berner's Drilling and Cutting Oil (Art.No. B911371) to cool while drilling.
